Windy Lane & Helms Trail Water Line Improvements  

Construction has begun on the Windy Lane and Helms Trail water line improvements.  Talty WSC is currently replacing the deteriorating water lines on Windy Lane and Helms Trail with a much larger 18" water line.   The new water line is sized to handle the eventual build out of the Windy Lane Pump Station and will increase the flow of water to the rest of the distribution system.

During the construction process, customers may experience some service outages from time to time.
